It's May, and the dream is almost upon us.
This is where it gets hard for a California girl--this, the sixth month of winter.
But here are the tell-tale signs that Spring is not far off,
that there will be warmth in my bones again,
and that the world is turning green and lovely once more.
I'm holding my breath.
